After our visit to the Zion National Park, we wanted to go to the Northern rim of the Grand Canyon National Park, but it is not open in winter. So our decision was to go to the Southern area through the Marble Canyon and Navajo Bridge.
The desert sourrounds our journey until we stop at Navajo Bridge, a handmade beautiful (and old) bridge over the Colorado river. Colours are brown, red, green on the rocks, while the sky is everlasting blue.
We like this bridge and we imagine how it must be to go down the hill and see it from the river: fascinating!
Obviously, we do not take much time to go to the car and ride it to our objective, the Grand Canyon National Park.
This world famous Canyon is so far away from civilization!! How could they discover a thing like that here, in the middle of NOWHERE!! Unbelievable… The human kind has walked on every piece of land.
